PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive national sales strategies that align with company goals. - Establish clear sales targets and performance metrics
Develop streamlined processes that enhance productivity and ensure the sales team operates at maximum efficiency. Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth. - Foster relationships with key stakeholders and executive-level contacts. Sales Execution:
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets. - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Performance Management:
Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance, empowering the sales team to achieve outstanding results through effective training, support, and motivation. - Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. KEY COMPETENCIES
