As a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead, you will play a crucial role in partnering with Business Unit Heads and Leadership Teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass driving workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building aligned to business growth. Additionally, you will act as a thought partner on change management, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, providing data-backed insights and recommendations to influence decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HRBPs/HR team members
Setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and driving accountability within the HR team
Building capability within the team to handle complex employee relations and business challenges
Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including engagement, performance management, and exits
Moreover, you will be responsible for:
Leading performance management cycles and partnering with leadership on talent reviews and succession planning
Managing complex employee relations issues with maturity and objectivity and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
Owning and driving all HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for the business
Your qualifications and experience should include:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 46 years in an HRBP leadership role
Experience managing HR teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization (BPO/ITES/Healthcare RCM preferred)
