As an experienced HR Business Partner Lead at Coronis Health, you will play a vital role in driving people strategy, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
**Strategic Business Partnership**
Partnering with Business Unit Heads and Leadership Teams to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies. - Driving workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building aligned to business growth. - Acting as a thought partner on change management, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. - Providing data-backed insights and recommendations to influence decision-making. - **Team Leadership & Capability Building**
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HRBPs/HR team members. - Setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and driving accountability within the HR team. - Building capability within the team to handle complex employee relations and business challenges. - Fostering a high-performance and collaborative HR culture. - **Employee Lifecycle Management**
Overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle including engagement, performance management, and exits. - Ensuring seamless HR service delivery and consistent employee experience across teams. - Driving interventions to improve retention, engagement, and productivity. - **Performance Management & Talent Development**
Leading performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews). - Partnering with leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification. - Identifying skill gaps and driving learning & development initiatives. - **Employee Relations & Compliance**
Managing complex employee relations issues with maturity and objectivity. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. - Partnering with Legal/Compliance teams when required. - **HR Analytics & Reporting**
Owning and driving all HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for the business. - Tracking key metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and engagement. - Using data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for intervention. - Presenting periodic reports and insights to senior leadership. - **Engagement & Culture Building**
Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives aligned to organizational culture. - Driving initiatives focused on employee well-being, inclusion, and morale. - Acting as a culture champion and ensuring alignment with organizational values. - **Process Excellence & HR Operations**
Continuously reviewing and improving HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensuring standardization and scalability of HR practices. - Collaborating with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, etc.) for seamless execution. **Qualifications & Experience:**
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - Experience: 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-6 years in an HRBP leadership role. - Experience managing HR teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization (BPO/ITES/Healthcare RCM preferred).
