Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Science Graduate from a recognized institution. - Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Training function. - At least 3 years field sales experience in the pharma/healthcare sector (5+ years total field sales experience preferred). - Strong communication and coaching skills with a talent for learning design and facilitation. - Professional training certifications (e.g., ISTD Diploma) are a plus. - Willingness to relocate and travel regionally as required.
