Job Description The Associate Director-MDVC dominates marketing processes, identifies internal and external trends, and capitalizes on market dynamics to drive portfolio growth. The incumbent is a pillar of marketing excellence, will master the BD Way of Marketing methodology and support the development of competencies for the regional and local marketing team within the business unit. The role interacts continuously with Medical, Access, Pricing, Commercial Effectiveness, Supply Chain and other functional areas at the global, regional, and local level to develop and execute the marketing and go-to-market strategy. Key responsibilities and deliverables * Ensure alignment with the BU's LATAM leadership, global platforms and Strategic Marketing to build Regional Marketing Plans for the products and programs under responsibility. * Enable and monitor the execution of the strategy at the country level * Develop and populate KPIs for managing the implementation of the strategy and lead the team to deliver their objectives. Monitor their evolution. Take action on performance. * Lead the Marketing Communications team to ensure the development of real-world and digital communication strategies for the MDVC portfolio and the Integrated Vascular Access Solution Education and prior experience required * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, industrial engineering. Masters/MBA strongly preferred. * Desirable 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical devices, with 3 years as a regional marketing leader. * Experience leading a sales team. * Advanced oral and written English. Intermediate/advanced Spanish. Interpersonal skills * Ability to lead by influence when engaging leaders, peers, and direct reports. * Ability to build efficient teams and lead them toward achieving objectives. Additional desired skills and knowledge * Experience as a trainer in sales and/or marketing programs. * Strong public speaking or presentation skills in front of large audiences Why Join Us?
