As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the sales team, setting targets, and providing guidance on lead generation strategies. Qualifications Required:
3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (Real Estate industry preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
Strong understanding of In Office Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales Support, and Residential Properties.
