As a Sales Team Lead (UK Market) at Tide, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Inside Sales Executives who engage directly with Tides UK business members. Your mission will be to drive performance, uphold quality standards, and deliver consistent commercial results across a portfolio of UK SMEs, ensuring every member conversation is high-impact and aligned with Tides growth strategy. You will work closely with other Team Leads and Managers to support cross-functional projects, provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing, and help scale new initiatives across our sales teams. **Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales and quality KPIs across our UK SME members
Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance sessions
Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and training needs specific to the UK market
Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Product, CRM, BI, Marketing) to refine lead strategies and campaign execution for UK audiences
Ensure accurate CRM usage and data hygiene across your team
Maintain a strong understanding of current and upcoming Tide products, ensuring your team is equipped to pitch effectively to UK small business owners
Handle escalations or complex member interactions as a point of expertise
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Inside Sales function
Take ownership of team morale, engagement, and a culture of accountability and excellence
**Qualifications Required:**
Experienced in outbound telesales or inside sales (minimum 3 years), with at least 1 year in a leadership or coaching role
Proven in delivering and exceeding sales targets within the UK market
Skilled in consultative and value-based sales with small business customers, focused on a phone-based selling approach
Confident in analysing performance data and using insights to improve outcomes
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced fintech environment with evolving priorities
A strong communicator with a professional command of English (C1 level preferred)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying blockers and solutions
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Kustomer or Salesforce) and experienced in data-driven environments
