Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust automation frameworks using Java-script or Python
Building and executing automated test suites for complex distributed systems
Validating functionality, performance, and reliability of storage and virtualization platforms
Collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
Identifying gaps in test coverage and implementing solutions to improve quality metrics
Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build workflows
Debugging complex issues across system layers (application, storage, infrastructure)
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA Automation/SDET role
Strong hands-on experience with Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMs, hypervisors, containerization)
Solid understanding of Storage Domain concepts such as SAN, NAS, RAID, file systems, data replication, backup & recovery
Proficiency in Javascript or Python for test automation
Experience with modern automation frameworks like TestNG, PyTest, Selenium, and REST API testing tools
Practical understanding of AI/ML-assisted testing tools and workflows
Additionally, the following qualifications are desirable:
Experience with performance and load testing
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
