As a Territory Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level service to clients in the Automobile Industry, focusing on orders, product advice, displays, advertising, and promotional activities in the geographical coverage of Karnataka. Market Intelligence and Product Benchmarking
Understand the market, competition, and trends to develop a comprehensive application market share gain strategy
Benchmark our products with competitors and support marketing in developing new products based on future trends
Provide feedback on customer and market needs to enhance our value proposition
New Product and New Market Development
Identify sales and business opportunities with customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactive communication
Prioritize market and account opportunities at key brand owner and converter accounts
Develop commercialization plans to drive sales and meet growth objectives
Technical Support
Assess and solve technical complaints from customers
Provide customer feedback to quality teams for resolving quality-related issues
Activity
Generate demand by reaching out to customer leads
Coordinate sales efforts with ESF and channel team members
Prepare and share sales and status reports
