Experience: 2–5 years in Strategy & Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Intelligence—ideally within a global SaaS or high-growth tech firm. - Technical Mastery:
BI: Expert-level proficiency in AWS QuickSight (calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard publishing). - Data: Strong SQL skills (CTEs, Window Functions) for data preparation. - Modeling: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and scenario planning. - Soft Skills:
Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with a VP-level stakeholder while maintaining the reporting independence of the Ops team. - Skepticism & Accuracy: A "trust but verify" mindset regarding data; you don't take CRM entries at face value.
