As a Strategy & Operations Analyst for the Partnerships organization, your primary mission is to go beyond simple reporting and become the strategic engine that drives partner accountability, accurate revenue forecasting, and data-backed strategic pivots. You will work closely with the VP of Partnerships and be responsible for leveraging AWS QuickSight to build a world-class analytics suite. Your role will involve strategic analytics, forecasting, executive planning, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards in Salesforce and AWS QuickSight to track the global partnership pipeline and revenue. - Define and govern partnership KPIs to ensure accurate data for decision-making. - Partner with Central Data/Engineering teams to optimize data schemas for QuickSight SPICE engines. - Build and iterate on complex forecasting models for partner-led growth. - Perform ad-hoc analysis to evaluate new market entries, tiering adjustments, or incentive program efficacy. - Establish "Early Warning Systems" in data to identify underperforming partners or stalling pipelines. - Act as the objective voice between Partnerships, Finance, and Sales to resolve disputes and ensure alignment. - Streamline the flow of partner data from CRM into the AWS ecosystem to minimize manual reporting overhead. Required Skills & Qualifications:
25 years of experience in Strategy & Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Intelligence within a global SaaS or high-growth tech firm. - Expert-level proficiency in AWS QuickSight, strong SQL skills, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. - Ability to manage stakeholders at VP level and maintain reporting independence. - A mindset of skepticism and accuracy when dealing with data.
