What You will Do: SailPoint is looking for a technically skilled Agentic Technology Specialist (ATS) to join our Technical Advisor team. In this strategic role, you will be a trusted advisor, demonstrating the value of SailPoint's innovative AI Agent and Machine Identity Security solutions to our customers. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with our customer success team to drive adoption of our advanced Non-Human Identity (NHI) and AI-driven security products. This role requires a "builder" mindset and a passion for solving the complex identity challenges of the agentic era. What You Will Do: Core Responsibilities Strategic Advisement: Partner with the Customer Success team to create strategic success plans that align with customer business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic direction on customers' Identity Security Programs and building a future-state roadmap that includes agentic AI. Advise on best practices for Identity Security by performing assessments of a customer's current identity landscape. Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture: Lead the technical strategy and customer adoption for our Agentic Identity Security and Machine Identity Security products. Architect robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for non-human, agentic identities, applying principles like least privilege and Just-in-Time (JIT) access. Solve complex problems and implement solutions using the product's extensibility platform. AI Governance and Security: Advise clients on establishing governance protocols for AI agents, including policies for data usage, model monitoring, and transparency. Develop and implement security strategies to protect enterprise data accessed by AI agents, including encryption and access controls. Act as the subject matter expert on compliance for AI systems ensuring solutions align with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate with your team to build technical assets that demonstrate how SailPoint enables secure AI agent deployment. Partner with Product Management and senior leadership to provide customer feedback that directly influences the product roadmap. Advise and provide direction to junior resources. What We Are Looking For: Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in a technical consulting role (e.g., Consultant, Solutions Architect, Advisory Consultant). Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a specialist or overlay role. Technical Expertise: Agentic AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), RPA tools (e.g.UiPath) and MCP servers. Must be comfortable building or configuring agents that interact with multiple cloud platforms and enterprise data. Cloud AI Platforms: Experience with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Azure AI. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong understanding of IAM/IGA principles, including Just-in-Time (JIT) access, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management. Non-Human Identity: Deep familiarity with securing non-human identities, such as service accounts, API keys, and machine identities. AI Agent Development and Registration: Familiarity with creating, registering, and disseminating agents across the business enterprise. Understanding how security paradigms and entitlement discovery capabilities are materially different for agents compared to workforce identities.traditional wor Strategic & Communication Skills: Executive Communication: Ability to explain the "why" to a CISO and the "how" to a Lead Architect. Trusted Advisor: Strong communication and presentation skills to perform program assessments, provide strategic roadmaps, and maintain customer relationships. Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. Education & Certifications (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. IdentityIQ, IdentityNow or related SaaS IAM certification CISSP, CCSP, or CISM security certifications. Data science and machine learning model certifications is a plus.
