Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at our company, your role will involve overseeing daily operational activities in Attingal and nearby areas, ensuring smooth coordination between field staff, franchise units, and internal departments. Your focus will be on maintaining service quality, managing workforce schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily operations, managing car washing staff and field executives
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and work allocation
• Track attendance, punctuality, and productivity of employees
• Ensure timely completion of services and maintain quality standards
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee management
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of kits, materials, and equipment
• Maintain daily reports, MIS, and performance tracking
• Support franchise operations and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates if required

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline

• 13 years of experience in operations or coordination roles

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
