You will lead a team of SFMC developers/engineers and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-performing journeys, automations, personalization experiences, and data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and real-time triggers. **Key Responsibilities:**
Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across various modules such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Mobile Push, Cloud Pages, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence. - Lead the technical design of scalable contact models, subscriber architectures, send classifications, and attribute group frameworks in alignment with enterprise data strategies. - Design and implement event-driven and real-time personalization solutions using different tools and services. - Lead hands-on development using advanced scripting languages, APIs, and SQL for segmentation, transformations, and automation workflows. - Build Cloud Pages applications, custom preference and consent management centers, reusable SFMC libraries, utilities, and coding frameworks. - Develop and manage custom-triggered email and multi-channel messaging solutions through integrations. - Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms. - Define and optimize data pipelines, contact ingestion patterns, send log data models, and automation feeds. - Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, ensure platform governance, and lead a team of developers and engineers. **Qualifications Required:**
8-12 years of relevant experience in Salesforce. - Proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobileConnect, MobilePush, CloudPages, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence. - Experience with scripting languages, SQL, and API-based integrations. - Strong understanding of data modeling, contact ingestion strategies, and marketing data governance. - Experience leading technical teams and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and experience in large enterprise environments are preferred.
