People Operations Intern

TL;DR: We're hiring a part-time People Operations Intern to support our Swedish entity operations. You'll help keep our onboarding, payroll, and employee support processes running smoothly as we scale - making a direct impact on the experience of every Lovable employee in Sweden. This is a 3-month contract, with potential extensions up to 6-9 months, on a part-time basis corresponding to 50% (20 h/week, 4 hours/day) at Stockholm HQ. Why Lovable?

• A background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field — whether through current studies at a Swedish university or hands-on experience. - Previous experience in an administrative, HR or people operations role and understanding of swedish labour law. Familiarity with swedish payroll and swedish labour law is a plus. - You thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment that demands flexibility, agility, and the ability to work independently — priorities can shift quickly and you're energized by that
