Zonal Business Head - Group of Schools

As a Zonal Business Head for a group of schools in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Chennai, your role will involve leading business growth, admissions, revenue, and operations for 38 schools in your zone. You will be responsible for driving performance through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

• Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end school operations for 38 schools
• Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
• Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
• Drive student retention, parent satisfaction & hiring support

Qualifications:

• 10-18 years of experience

• B2C background preferred

• Experience in multi-branch or multi-city management

• Revenue ownership & people leadership experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills If you have a strong B2C multi-location leadership experience from industries such as EdTech, Telecom, E-Commerce, or Education, and have a background in large-scale B2C service industries, this role is for you. The position requires working a 6-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.
