Zonal Head - Small Business Banking Group

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the growth of the small business banking portfolio in alignment with the overall business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying market opportunities, customer segments, and product offerings to capitalize on emerging trends
• Leading business development efforts by cultivating relationships with small business clients, industry associations, and referral partners
• Driving revenue growth through innovative product development, cross-selling initiatives, and strategic partnerships
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key small business clients, serving as a trusted advisor
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the SBB team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards governing small business banking operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with senior management and external partners to communicate strategy and progress updates.
