Senior Lead Infrastructure Risk and Control Specialist

Your role will involve providing advisory support across project governance, infrastructure delivery oversight, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional control activities. You will collaborate with project managers, TIPMO governance, ADO capability teams, ICG leads, and infrastructure stakeholders to enhance control execution, improve evidence quality, identify risks early, and promote a disciplined governance operating model. Assess risks and controls across TIPMO and related governance activities throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, change control, closure, reporting, and artifact quality. - Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key project governance and shared-service controls, identifying control gaps, process breakdowns, and opportunities for simplification or automation. - Support the review of project planning artifacts, risk mitigation plans, communication plans, governance gates, and design approval evidence to enhance readiness and consistency. - Partner with owners to monitor governance-related findings and action plans, validate remediation quality, and escalate critical items to appropriate leadership forums. - Prepare metrics, dashboards, and concise reporting views on project governance health, delivery risk, artifact compliance, and recur
