Contract Drafting, Review, and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and modify agreements to ensure alignment with company policies. - Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract process from initial request to termination. - Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor adherence to contract terms, laws, and mitigate potential risks. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise between internal teams and Sales to ensure agreement on contract terms. - Q Management: Ensure all contractual records are attached in the system for efficiency. - Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve contract-related issues in a timely manner. - Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and collaborate with teams to implement best practices. Qualifications and Skills:
