Pikmin Bloom, a geo-location based mobile game developed by Niantic, launched globally in October 2021 and continues to grow its passionate community around the world. Niantic is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across APAC markets including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, culturally aware, data-driven, and passionate about creating locally relevant campaigns and experiences that resonate with players across different markets. This role will work closely with our IP partner, local teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives including ATL campaigns, partnerships, digital promotions, and offline/community events. ###
Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing strategy and execution for Pikmin Bloom across APAC markets, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia. - Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and regional initiatives aligned with market needs and player behaviors. - Work closely with local marketing teams, external agencies, and regional partners to deliver impactful ATL campaigns, partnerships, offline/community events, and digital promotions. - Identify opportunities to grow the business across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue, using a data-driven approach. - Champion campaign launches in collaboration with Product, Game Design, Comms, Creative, and PR teams. - Track and analyze marketing and product performance metrics including awareness, acquisition, DAU/WAU, and ROI. - Manage regional marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies and investments. - Support the development of scalable regional marketing frameworks and best practices across APAC. - Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support campaigns, partnerships, and live events. - Collaborate effectively within a highly cross-functional and international environment with teams across multiple time zones. - Required in-office 3 days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. ###
