As an Inside Sales Specialist at Net2Source Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth across the UK and EMEA staffing markets. Your primary responsibilities will include proactive outreach, identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and facilitating client acquisition for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Staffing services. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, prior experience in B2B staffing sales, and the ability to generate qualified leads through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients in the UK and EMEA markets, including direct clients, MSPs, and staffing buyers. - Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, CRM tools, and market intelligence sources. - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns. - Identify key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement contacts. Qualifications Required:
2-5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within a staffing or recruitment organization. - Hands-on exposure to UK and/or EMEA staffing markets is highly preferred. - Strong background in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn-based prospecting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach. - Ability to work in UK/EMEA shifts and achieve lead generation and pipeline targets. - Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
