Architecture Specialist

As a Project Architect at Seven Eleven group of companies, your role involves leading architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines and budgets effectively
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals To excel in this role, you are required to have:
• Bachelor's degree in architecture; a Master's degree is often preferred
• Extensive professional experience, typically 15+ years with maximum 7+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in architectural and design software such as AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices
