As a Site Architect at Augment Simulation India, your role involves supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure execution according to approved architectural drawings and project specifications. You will be responsible for coordinating with civil contractors, MEP consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitoring construction quality, finishing standards, and adherence to timelines will be crucial, along with resolving site-related technical and design issues promptly. Regular site inspections and progress reports preparation will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will review material selections, finishes, and samples as per project requirements, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and statutory norms. Managing project documentation, including drawings, approvals, revisions, and reports, participating in project planning meetings, and providing regular updates to management will also be essential. Your role will also involve preparing CAD drawings, technical layouts, space planning concepts, and design modifications as required to support the development of modern, efficient, and functional spaces aligned with the company's vision. Qualifications Required:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - 02 years of experience in site architecture, project execution, or construction management. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. - High proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD drafting, designing, layout planning, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. - Strong understanding of space utilization, interior layouts, and functional planning. - Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to travel and manage multiple project sites if required.
