Site HR Manager (Hyderabad)

As a Site HR Manager at Voxela, you will play a crucial role in overseeing people operations and supporting workforce management across premium residential construction and interior design projects in and around Hyderabad. You will be responsible for coordinating operations among site staff, contractors, vendors, and the management team to ensure timely execution and prompt resolution of workplace conflicts and incidents at project sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance, manpower records, vendor updates, and staff documentation at project sites
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of site workers and support staff
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors regarding manpower requirements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and project timelines
• Utilize your experience and expertise in Construction Operations Management, including Vendor-Scouting and Project Performance Management
• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi, with working knowledge of English and basic computer skills (Excel, ERPNext data entry)
• Hands-on exposure to new-age practices and technologies like ERP for upskilling

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Commerce with 12 years of experience in operations, preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate projects
