HR Executive Job Description
Job Brief We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage our daily human resources operations. You will be the main point of contact for employees, handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and workplace engagement. Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new-hire orientation and manage employee exit processes. - HRIS Management: Maintain and update digital employee records in our internal database. - Attendance & Leave: Monitor daily attendance logs, shift schedules, and leave balances. - Payroll Assistance: Prepare monthly salary variables, deductions, and bonus inputs for finance. - Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and promote a healthy, positive workplace culture. - Engagement Activities: Organize team-building events, festive celebrations, and wellness programs. - Compliance: Ensure daily operations align with local labor laws and company policies. Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. - Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant. - Tech Skills: Proficiency with HRMS tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Excel. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong conflict-resolution abilities. ---
