Pay Range £34,000 per annum + £4k bonus Job Description Reed Screening is seeking a confident and experienced Screening Manager to lead operational delivery within a regulated environment. You will ensure screening decisions are fair, consistent, and compliant, while balancing customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Office location: New York Street, Manchester Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8am - 4.30pm (1 hour lunch) with one late night shift per month Salary: £34,000 per annum + £4,000 bonus Key Responsibilities Lead screening operations to meet SLAs, quality, and compliance standards Manage capacity, headcount planning, and performance across teams Coach and develop Team Leaders, driving accountability and high performance Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk screening decisions Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency About You Ideally, experience in screening, compliance, or a regulated environment Proven leadership capability, ideally managing Team Leaders Strong understanding of risk, quality, and regulatory requirements Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills Experience balancing operational performance with compliance needs What Reed Offers Performance-related bonus Clear career progression and development pathways Hybrid working Generous annual leave and flexible benefits Pension scheme and wellbeing support Paid sabbaticals and long service rewards Apply If you are an experienced operational leader looking to make an impact within Reed Screening, we would welcome your application.
