Your primary goal will be to achieve sustainable sales and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of water and wastewater treatment chemicals to industrial customers across India
Develop and grow business with existing customers while identifying and closing new accounts
Meet customers to understand process challenges and recommend appropriate chemical solutions
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and long-term supply arrangements
Apply strong technical understanding of water treatment chemicals to guide solution selection, customer discussions, and internal decision-making
Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team operating across different regions
Accompany team members on key customer meetings and support them in negotiations and closures
Set sales targets for self and team, review performance regularly, and ensure achievement of business goals
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in water treatment chemicals
Share regular sales updates, forecasts, and market feedback with management
Ensure ethical and transparent handling of customer and vendor-related information
Be willing to travel across India as required for business development and team support
