Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT, business, or equivalent experience
Professional TEM certification preferred
Two years or equivalent customer service experience required
Exhibit honesty, ethics, and professionalism in all responsibilities
Ability to manage deadlines with a results-driven attitude
Work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Interact effectively across all levels and diverse cultures
Adaptability to evolving external environments and organizational changes
Ability to conduct research on industry standards and apply them effectively
Proficiency in PC skills including excel, power point, and process mapping software
Understanding of telecommunications, networking concepts, and systems connectivity
Experience in reviewing and modifying legal contracts and documents
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of business and contract law related to Technology services
Project management skills with cross-functional collaboration experience

Your responsibilities will include optimizing telecom expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage voice and data migrations focusing on telco products such as POTS, DSL, PRI, T1, MPLS, and other legacy services
Partner with TEM Vendor for inventory management, audit reviews, and reporting
Evaluate vendor performance, conduct vendor risk assessments, and manage all related vendor contracts
Interact with vendors to maintain strong relationships
Utilize excel trackers for invoices and MACDs
Collaborate with Facilities and Network teams to reconcile services to inventory of locations
Demonstrate general knowledge of business finance including cost allocation, AP, and GL processes
Serve as an extension of internal customer's team for account management
Analyze invoices against contracts and inventories, resolving issues with Accounts Payable
Apply best practices to TEM by demonstrating familiarity with Accounts Payable procedures, invoice processing, and auditing
