Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Management to develop foundational messaging architecture and positioning frameworks for Sprinklr Service products. - Define global go-to-market strategy and create scalable frameworks that can be adapted across regions and market segments. - Develop core value propositions, messaging pillars, and competitive differentiation strategies for the Service portfolio. - Lead product launch frameworks and establish best practices for Service product introductions globally. - Own release marketing communications for Service products and support customer training teams to enhance adoption and usage. - Own corporate-level positioning for Sprinklr Service across key buying personas. - Conduct primary market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform Service positioning and strategy. - Build authoritative thought leadership in CCaaS and customer service markets through strategic content development and industry engagement. - Develop comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) strategy for Service products, establishing content hierarchies and asset priorities. - Own Service-focused website messaging strategy and ensure consistent positioning across all corporate touchpoints. - Act as internal consultant within the marketing organization, informing and guiding Service-focused messaging and campaign strategy. Qualifications Required:
7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with deep expertise in CCaaS, Contact Center, or Customer Service technology markets. - Proven track record in developing positioning frameworks and messaging architecture that can scale across organizations. - Strong storytelling and exceptional communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex customer service solutions to diverse audiences. - Demonstrated success in taking customer service/contact center products to market and executing structured GTM strategies. - Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with numbers to drive strategic decisions in competitive service markets. - MBA not mandatory but preferred.
