As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter at our company, your role will involve driving hiring for critical business functions such as Business, Operations, Finance, HR, and other support functions. You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the building of high-performing teams. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, we welcome you to join our Talent Acquisition team. - Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. - End-to-End Recruitment: Take ownership of the entire hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. - Stakeholder Management: Engage closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities. - Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate hiring performance, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with SLAs. - Employer Branding: Work with internal teams to enhance candidate experience and position Porter as an employer of choice. Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of non-tech hiring experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments. - Proficient in sourcing through various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc. - Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and successfully closing complex roles. - Data-driven approach to hiring with a focus on recruitment metrics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Qualifications:
