Key Responsibilities:
Build fact-based strategic insights by synthesizing customer research, market intelligence, and internal data. - Generate fresh insights and concepts to develop innovative and effective marketing and business solutions. - Drive the BU Business Plan process by presenting evidence and coordinating across various teams. - Translate Marketing targets into clear team and individual objectives. - Lead the operational planning framework to ensure all Marketing functions deliver plans aligned with strategic and commercial goals. - Analyze internal data, build dashboards, and provide insights to support profitable growth. - Manage competitive analysis, market opportunity profiling, pricing strategy, STRAT support, MA insights, and MicroE marketing communications. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree (preferably technical/engineering); a Master's in Business is an advantage, with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or MicroE markets. - Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics, forecast trends, and drive continuous process improvement. - High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus. - Effective cross-functional leader with strong influencing skills, able to synthesize insights and drive initiatives that strengthen PL performance. - Adaptable, results-driven, and willing to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
