Desktop Support

As a Desktop Support Engineer (Backup & IT Support) with 1-2 years of experience in Bangalore, your role will involve providing L1/L2 desktop support, troubleshooting Windows systems, and handling basic backup & recovery operations. You will be expected to possess skills in Windows OS, Hardware Troubleshooting, Backup/Restore, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Outlook, and Active Directory. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing end-user support for desktop/laptop issues

• Performing backup and data recovery tasks

• Troubleshooting network issues related to IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Offering support for Outlook and VPN related queries

• Handling tickets within the defined SLA To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills along with hands-on experience in IT support.
