Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities & Duties

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Use AI-augmented workflows (Claude) to build and deploy full-stack features using Python (Backend) and Next.js/TypeScript (Frontend). - API & Data Architecture: Develop high-performance GraphQL mutations and queries; design relational database models in Postgres that reflect complex industrial processes. - Cloud Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable services on AWS, leveraging modern infrastructure patterns. - AI-Driven Productivity: Lead the team in adopting AI tools to automate boilerplate, refactor legacy logic, and accelerate the "idea-to-production" cycle. - Technical Leadership: Write design specifications and diagrams (UML/System Flow) that guide both human teammates and AI agents. - Reliability: Drive code-level architecture, modularity, and comprehensive testing (Pytest, Jest) to ensure ion remains mission-critical for our customers. ### Qualifications & Skills
