Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Master software systems and exercise independence and discretion in complex programming tasks, either independently or as part of a team
• Lead short or long-term projects when necessary and act as the technical subject matter expert within a product domain
• Create new products, features, implement software enhancements, and correct defects independently
• Document and communicate on complex technical topics outside the immediate development team
• Interact with customer users to define system requirements and necessary modifications
• Demonstrate a history of success working within a team environment

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
• Excellent designing and coding skills with a focus on general application security
• Strong experience in C++, Microsoft Visual C++, and Visual Studio
• Proven working experience in Win32 GUI, MFC programming, and Win32 Socket programming
• Experience with Windows Schannel API (SSL) and .NET framework with C# programming
• Proficiency in building web applications using ASP.NET framework and working with CGI Apps
• Knowledge of SQL Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), and code versioning tools like Git
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and secure coding practices (SAST/DAST/SCA)
• Fluency in English language with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
