As a Sales Executive at Lotus Technicals Pvt. Ltd., your role involves thoroughly understanding your assigned sales territories, key client segments, and scope of work. You will mutually agree on SMART sales targets with your reporting manager and plan for target achievement, including inquiries, travel plans, and sales budget. Your responsibilities include:
Plan and execute field visits to clients within the specified territory
Follow up with customers on inquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed orders
Coordinate with the Front End Engineering Department (FEED) team to prepare technical details for offers
Prepare offers in coordination with the in-house sales team and obtain approval from the reporting manager
Engage customers in technical discussions on offers to ensure clarity
Maintain regular contact with customers post-order placement to review service levels and gather feedback
Proactively suggest strategy adjustments to achieve business targets
Organize and attend trade shows, meet clients, and follow up to generate leads
Qualifications Required:
Proven ability to generate new leads and establish contacts
Excellent fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
Self-starter with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets
Minimum of six years of successful sales experience in a related industry
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, HVAC technical aspects, sales coordination workflows, and Microsoft Office tools
