Qualifications Required:

Knowledge of financial and securities markets, as well as insurance
2-3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role
Certification in the financial domain such as CFP, CFA, or NISM will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with social media professional tools like LinkedIn and Facebook
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English

You will also be preparing financial plans, reviewing client portfolios regularly, and maintaining continuous engagement with clients. Meeting business targets and ensuring client retention will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
Understand clients' financial needs and objectives
Determine clients' expenses, income levels, insurance coverage, tax status, and risk tolerance
Provide financial advice and planning services to clients
Prepare and present financial plans to clients
Meet business targets and client retention goals
Address client questions, concerns, and resolve them within SLAs
Review financial documents, investment reports, income projections, and tax implications for clients
Maintain regular communication with clients to stay updated on their financial status
Build and maintain a client base
