As a potential candidate, your role will involve explaining various types of investment product features and financial services to potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for delivering personalized investment solutions to assist clients in achieving their short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals. Your duties will include developing and strengthening client relationships, educating clients on investment options and potential risks, and answering their inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend investments to clients or make investment selections on their behalf
- Assist clients in planning for specific circumstances such as education expenses, tax planning, or retirement planning
- Meet with clients as needed to understand their needs and requirements
- Prepare financial plans incorporating a mix of short and long-term investments
- Provide regular updates on the performance of investment portfolios
- Monitor clients' accounts and assess if changes are necessary to enhance account performance or to accommodate life changes
Qualifications Required:
