Manage temperature-sensitive logistics planning
Conduct internal audits including process audit, compliance audit, and vendor audit
Perform line haul audit for vehicle inspection and process gap identification
Identify and resolve process gaps to strengthen operations
Conduct risk assessments to prevent failure modes
Analyze and reduce costs through fraud prevention
Provide training and assess new joiners and ground employees regularly
Identify SOP deviations and provide input for designing SOPs
Coordinate with brands for repair/replacement/RTV and with CRM for RSO
Maintain inventory hygiene through audits and liquidate stock when necessary
Ensure proper paperwork, filing, and warehouse infrastructure maintenance
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and manage vehicle connections
Prepare vendors' and customers' aging reports and reconcile ledger accounts
Process distributor value claims and sales team travel expenses
Handle transit shortage/damage accounting and bills payment
Prepare various stock reports for regulatory compliance and commercial team
