As an IT Assistant at the company, you will be supporting the lead Systems Architect in maintaining and enhancing a full-stack solution that automates personal injury demand writing. Your responsibilities will include system maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and operational support across OCR pipelines, AI workflows, and internal platforms. You will also assist in maintaining OCR pipelines, supporting testing and monitoring of LLM-based workflows, managing user access permissions, assisting with API integrations, monitoring system performance, supporting data security best practices, and providing general IT and technical support to internal team members. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or junior engineering roles
Basic familiarity with OCR tools, AI systems, or data processing workflows
Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript (basic level acceptable)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or databases at a foundational level
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Assist in maintaining OCR pipelines used to extract data from medical and legal documents
Support testing and monitoring of LLM-based workflows for demand drafting
Help manage user access permissions and basic features within the client portal and dashboards
Assist with API integrations and data flow troubleshooting across platforms
Monitor system performance and report issues to the lead IT/Systems Architect
Support data security best practices and compliance requirements including HIPAA-related safeguards
Assist with documentation of systems workflows and technical procedures
Provide general IT and technical support to internal team members
