As an Interior cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design solutions, and converting leads into successful projects. You will need to combine design expertise with strong sales skills to meet client expectations and achieve sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:**
Meet clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences
Create design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
Develop 2D/3D designs using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
Suggest materials, colour schemes, furniture, and dcor elements
Ensure designs meet client expectations and budget
Handle client inquiries and convert leads into sales
Present design proposals and quotations to clients
Follow up with clients to close deals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
**Qualifications Required:**
Bachelors degree or related field
14 years of experience in interior design and/or sales
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
The company prefers candidates with experience in residential/commercial interior projects, prior experience in a showroom or design studio, and an understanding of costing and project estimation.
