You are a performance-driven professional with expertise in interior design and strong sales capability. Your primary focus will be on client consultation, design development, and revenue generation, with complete ownership of end-to-end project closure. • Handle and convert inbound leads into confirmed projects

• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements

• Drive the complete sales cycle: consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closure

• Achieve defined revenue targets

• Design & Consultation

• Create space planning layouts and concept designs

• Present practical and space-saving interior solutions

• Align design proposals with execution feasibility

• Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal design, production, and installation teams

• Ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

• Maintain consistent client communication

• Revenue Ownership

• Drive project value and profitability

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant interior solutions

• Ensure timely payment follow-ups

Key Requirements:

• 25+ years of experience in interior design, modular interiors, or furniture sales
• Strong understanding of residential interiors and space planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-oriented with a business mindset
