⠀ We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to join our Flightscape product organization supporting airline customers. You will work as part of a collaborative PMO team—alongside Technical Program Managers, Project Controllers, and Project Managers — partnering closely with Finance and Operational Excellence to deliver measurable value across the business. Description Drive financial accountability across assigned programs and ensure delivery within approved budgets Design, plan, and execute technical programs aligned with Flightscape's strategic objectives and product roadmaps Coordinate closely with Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, dependencies, and milestones Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including program controls, reporting, and release management processes Manage program-level risks, issues, and changes; proactively identify mitigation strategies Drive execution by holding stakeholders accountable and removing delivery roadblocks Produce metrics-driven reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams • Contribute to the institutionalization of scalable PMO standards, tools, and best practices This role is based in Kraków, Poland (Wadowicka 3), and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of working three days per week from the office.
