Territory Growth & Field Sales (70%)
You identify and acquire new pharmacy accounts in Germany, through proactive outreach and personal visits. - You are on the road most days, visiting pharmacies and building relationships. - You nurture and expand relationships with pharmacy owners and purchasing managers to grow our of the shelf. - You negotiate listings, commercial terms, and secondary placements (counter displays, shelf cards, promotional zones) with pharmacies, turning first orders into lasting shelf positions. Education & Industry Presence (15%)
You run training sessions for pharmacy technicians so they can confidently and compliantly recommend our supplements to customers. - You represent the company at Expopharm Düsseldorf and at regional pharmacy events, co staffing the booth, doing detailing on site, and capturing leads. Pipeline & Insights (15%)
You manage your pipeline independently and keep customer data accurate in our CRM. - You monitor competitor activity, surface regional trends, and feed insights back to Product and Marketing. - You contribute to shaping the company's retail strategy as we move into the next phase of growth. Requirements
Experience: You bring 2 to 4 years of B2B field sales or business development in pharmacy, OTC, pharma, or premium consumer goods. - Pharmacy sales track record: You have a demonstrated track record of selling into pharmacies in the German market. You can talk us through which regions you covered, how many accounts you built, and what you sold. - New brand launch experience: You have previously launched a new brand into the German pharmacy channel and know what the first 90 days actually look like. - Regulatory knowledge: You bring or can quickly build literacy on the supplement regulatory landscape, the German food and feed code, and pharmacy compliance standards. - Qualification: You hold a relevant degree/vocational training or can demonstrate strong sales track record. - Languages: You speak native level German and professional level English. - Mobility: You hold a valid driver's licence and are willing to travel across the region. - Mindset: You close deals by earning trust at the counter and converting it into first orders, reorders, and premium shelf placement. - Work style: You are a structured operator. You own a territory end to end, keep your CRM clean, and deliver honest forecasts. - Passion: You care about longevity science and are excited to represent a Swiss premium product you can stand behind. ## Nice to Have
A pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, or medical technical assistant qualification, or certified pharmaceutical sales representative status under German law. - Existing relationships with German pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, or buying groups. - Prior exposure to premium, longevity, or wellness categories. ## 🗺️ Strong team culture with regular team events and off-sites
