Why This Role Matters This role plays a key part in driving performance and consistency across a franchise service network in Hungary. It focuses on strengthening partnerships with franchise owners to support sustainable, long-term business growth. At the same time, it ensures that high standards are maintained in customer experience and retail execution across all locations. What You'll Do Build and manage long-term relationships with franchise service partners Advise partners on sales, operations, and local business development Implement retail standards and lead annual quality certification processes Develop and track business plans, sales targets, and cost performance Monitor KPIs and take action to improve results and drive growth Execute marketing campaigns and support local customer-facing initiatives Identify improvement areas and deliver training to franchise partners and teams What We're Looking for Basic qualifications At least 3 years of account management, sales or client advisory experience in a commercial or customer-facing environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust and influence business partners Willingness to work in the field regularly (up to 70-80% travel across Hungary) Preferred qualifications Experience in automotive, retail, or franchise environments Strong understanding of sales performance and business planning Experience in training, coaching, or supporting partner development We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
