The role Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences, with our 3 established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests. We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Towers Front Office team. In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Provide personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for all guests. Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex. Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers recognising different needs of individuals and attending to them accordingly. About you Previous experience in a premium Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality related customer service role is preferred. A strong work ethic and a passion to provide exceptional guest experiences. The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail. Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) would be advantageous. This role requires flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays.
