Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive marketing strategy and execution for Tech OEM partnerships to support business growth priorities. - Develop and implement joint GTM plans, campaigns, and initiatives with partners to boost solution adoption and pipeline growth. - Ensure GTM readiness by aligning messaging, assets, campaigns, and field enablement activities. - Collaborate closely with Tech OEM partners, alliance teams, business leaders, and sales stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes. - Build and nurture strong executive-level partner relationships to drive co-marketing opportunities and investments. - Lead the development of high-quality content across various channels such as blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. - Translate complex technology offerings into clear and compelling messaging and narratives. - Drive integrated campaigns encompassing internal enablement and external market activation. - Support events, partner activations, roundtables, and industry engagements to enhance visibility and engagement. - Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact to optimize strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem dynamics. - Mentor and manage a small, high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem marketing within IT services, cloud, or enterprise technology. - Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems, including Tech OEM and hyperscaler partnerships. - Proven experience in GTM strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management. - Experience working with partners/alliances and managing co-marketing initiatives and budgets (MDF). - Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions. - Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
