As an Analyst Developer at FNZ Group, your role is to support senior developers by transitioning into more senior roles within the individual contributor and leadership job families. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery obligations to customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Testing team to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, ensuring cohesive and logical construction of stories for smooth implementation and testing. - Define underlying designs within feature/user stories to deliver changes that meet requirements and work end-to-end, with a solid understanding of business processes involved. - Provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues, ensure solutions align with technical specs and design requirements, and help design and build APIs and external system interfaces. - Interpret complex financial business requirements, advise on the design and implementation of user interfaces and interactive financial tools, and consider non-functional requirements for high-volume transaction processing systems. - Adhere to defined procedures for code management, code reviews, coding standards, naming conventions, and security standards, while designing and building reusable code with high complexity features end-to-end. - Promote development team internally and externally, collaborate with other developers to share knowledge, mentor new starters, provide training as required, and stay updated with industry practices and technologies. - Work across the full stack with complex business requirements in various functional areas of financial services and platform domain, ensuring compliance with coding standards, security, and performance. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in large-scale technology delivery projects and successful technology change delivery. - Confident, able to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment, work with stakeholders, learn quickly, enjoy working in a high-performance team, and passionate about creating innovative solutions. - Expertise in Microsoft .NET development products, web development, legacy development products, financial products, markets, web services, and familiarity with code analysis or automated testing tools.
