Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Design:
Collaborate with the Testing team in creating user story definitions and acceptance criteria to ensure cohesive and logical implementation. - Define underlying design within feature/user story constraints, ensuring the solution meets requirements end-to-end. - Provide solutions for technical issues, design APIs, and external system interfaces for integration into core FNZ products. - Development:
Interpret complex financial business requirements into high-transactional, high-availability systems. - Advise on user interface design and interactive financial tools for financial advisers and investors. - Consider non-functional requirements for high-volume transaction processing systems, ensuring security, reusability, maintainability, and performance. - Quality:
Adhere to code management procedures, coding standards, and security standards. - Write automated unit tests and perform manual testing to maintain high standards. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practice standards are met. - Collaboration and Communication:
Promote the development team internally and externally, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Mentor new starters, provide training on personal expertise topics, and support project leads as required. - Technology:
Stay updated with industry practices, new technologies, and tools. - Resolve technical issues and create solutions using cutting-edge technology. Qualifications Required:
Experience of 5-9 years in Microsoft .NET development products. - Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS. - Familiarity with financial products and markets, web services, and code analysis tools. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Experience in large-scale technology delivery projects and working with stakeholders. - Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and contribute to a high-performance team.
