As the Branch Manager, your role involves overseeing the sales and operations of the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations and managing a team of counselors. Your key responsibilities include:
Efficiently managing student walk-in inquiries and Cold Calling. - Explaining available IT courses and payment plans to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns. - Following up with candidates regarding course enrollment and payments. - Making reminder calls for outstanding payments. - Handling the team of counselors. - Looking after the P&L of the branch, operations, and petty cash. - Ensuring that the batches run smoothly on a daily basis. - Managing the complete student admission process from start to end. - Assessing and optimizing student recruitment strategies by analyzing their effectiveness. - Greeting and assisting prospective students by handling paperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls. - Updating and scheduling upcoming batches, keeping all team members, trainers, and students informed. - Meeting targets set by the Branch Manager. - Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the institute, such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc. - Collecting feedback and reviews from the students. - Working on maximizing referrals. Qualifications required for this role include:
Experience in the education industry. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
