About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions. As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates' or higher degree preferred
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
Skill set:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
